Returns & Refunds

At Mod Pets, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within
14 days of delivery at support@modpets.net with your order number and
clear photos of the issue.

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect sizing
• Normal wear and tear
• Items marked as final sale

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original
payment method.
